「Wow! We arrived at 530 pm not knowing that they provide an amazing daily light dinner included in your stay! The spacious lobby and adjoining dining area provides ample space for this meal plus the abundant hot breakfast they served in the morning. Breakfast was very good with several hot and cold choices. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our very spacious room was on the 5th floor and very quiet. Everything was spotless and well looked after. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs as well...

「We stayed for 5 days and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, for 3 of those days we had no hot water at all. That is completely unacceptable, especially for a multi-day stay where guests are paying for comfort and basic accommodations. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the rooms was extremely disappointing. There was a noticeable stain on the loveseat, hair left in the shower around the soap and conditioner dispensers, and even fecal stains on the toilet upon arrival. These are...

「My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.」

「A very bad experience. I had already paid online, but at check-in they asked me to pay again, which was very unprofessional. After entering the room, I found a clump of hair on the bathroom wall. Later, I also discovered a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door—absolutely disgusting. However, after a long and tiring journey, I was too exhausted to report it to the front desk.」

「Stayed 1 night. Hotel was decent and basic. Front desk was friendly. Complimentary breakfast came with warm scrambled eggs and sausage, along with coffee, cereal, bread, waffles and yogurt. The parking lot has an EV charger, but was disappointed that someone parked their gas car in the spot. The area felt safe. I was unable to unlock the back door of the hotel with the room key after parking, but it wasn't a long walk to the front. I would stay again.」
