That is completely unacceptable, especially for a multi-day stay where guests are paying for comfort and basic accommodations. 「A very bad experience. I had already paid online, but at check-in they asked me to pay again, which was very unprofessional. After entering the room, I found a clump of hair on the bathroom wall. Later, I also discovered a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door—absolutely disgusting. However, after a long and tiring journey, I was too exhausted to report it to the front desk.」
