"arrrived 30 minutes before checkin. had to stand in line for over an hour. then our room wasn,t ready. we were told it would be ready when we got back from the concert, which was after midnight. We had to put our luggage back in the car and my wife had to change clothes in the bathroom and fix her hair and put on makeup in the hallway. 300 dollars for a 9 hour stay. will never stay there again."

"The Hotel was comfortable. However I was very disappointed that someone/something had had a stool accident near the entrance. Although it was reported by several people it was not dealt with and was still present in the morning. Not even covered, to draw attention to it. I think 6:30 is too late for breakfast as travellers like to get on the road. There were several couples waiting for the dining room to open"

"Was impressed with this place. I guess the nice thing was the indoor courtyard. I was there for my daughter’s ring ceremony at Texas Tech, and had my family there. It was nice to hang out in that middle area. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting this place again when I’m back up in Lubbock. "

"First off, the front desk staff lady who checked me in was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and straight up insulting. Then, the floor outside the room was sticky and caused my shoes to become sticky. I had to get new key cards for the room practically every day since they’d stop working."

"It was a terrible experience. Booked Sunday thru Saturday. I had to leave Friday morning due to home emergency. Instead of just leaving, I checked out Friday morning at 7:30. Already having paid for Friday night, the hotel charged me an extra $135 for “early checkout”. So if you have to leave before your stay is up DO NOT check out. Just leave and let the room sit empty or they will charge you for allowing them to re book that room after you check out."
