Parking is a bit tight on the property, but there is ample parking nearby. Would like a little more variety with the breakfast.

Boa localização no caminho de entrada de Panguipull e ao mesmo tempo dá para deixar o carro estacionado indo para o centro da cidade à pé em menos de dez minutos. Instalações novas e de bom gosto. Buffet de café da manhã pequeno mas completo.

Estancia Hotel 381

Lo más destacable es la disposición y servicio del equipo, pero lo decepcionante es que no había frazadas adicionales a las que ya nos habían entregado. Los dispositivos de calefacción con radiador y seca toalla no estaba funcionando, pero sí un calefactor eléctrico. Y en el desayuno habría sido recomendable que incluyeran huevo en alguna preparación básica como revueltos o fritos. Gracias

Nos encantó el hotel, muy buen servicio, limpio y cómodo, la habitación espaciosa y con calefacción, el personal muy agradable y siempre atento a ayudar. Rico desayuno. Recomendable al 100%.

En general buena la atención sobretodo la persona encargada de la limpieza excelente disposición y muy atenta a todo, lo único negativo fue la comida que ofrecen de almuerzo la cual es congelada y yo lo desconocía, cuando me llevan la pizza a la mesa parecía una piedra, era incomible yo jamás compro pizza congelada ni a mi perro le doy eso, lamentablemente me la cobraron igual , la señora de la recepción por último nos hubiese advertido que era comida congelada y no dijo nada, después nos fuimos almorzar a un restaurant ocasionando más gastos del que tenía presupuestado.. el resto del servicio todo bien . Gracias

Devido ao problema acima, boa.

O único problema deste hotel, e que nao recebemos a nota fiscal de pagamento, no check-out, e como se trata de uma viagem a NÉGOCIOS, é necessário prestar contas com minha empresa. Está não foi minha primeira estadia neste hotel, e nas outras vezes aconteceu o mesmo, e tive que enviar vários e-mails ate receber a nota fiscal do pagamento

Good communication from hotel before I arrived. No. English speakers on staff though when we arrived (and we unfortunately don't speak Spanish) so difficult to get information on local area attractions. Really uncomfortable bed, worst night's sleep in my 10 days of travelling in Chile (foot of bed felt higher than the head, like sleeping on a slope, and pronounced dip in the be) d. Nicely decorated hotel, with wood features and local crafts. Would benefit from having more comfortable chairs and a couch in the common areas, and some kind of cushions on the wooden seating on the deck so that there was more of a space to relax.

Centrally located, nice accomadation, friendly helpful staff. Basic breakfast with enough selection for anyone. Interesting decor using old sewing machine frames for tables. Easy to find with GPS.

Un lugar muy acogedor, el servicio muy amable un 7. Respecto a los dormitorios, muy limpios, lo único molesto fue el ruido de afuera, nos tocó justo una habitación con ventana a la calle.

A charming delight in beautiful part of the world.

Lovely little hotel. Very modern and clean. Like an upscale modern chalet. No restaurant or bar but you are steps from a very sweet downtown. A telling indicator of good service: my rental car was parked under a tree and got covered in bird poop. When I came out this morning someone had cleaned it off. Thanks so much guys!

Hotel nuevo, minimalista y sencillo en el buen sentido, con gusto , excelente decoración y atención. Recomendable. Algunas habitaciones pueden recibir ruido del exterior.
