Nice hotel 10 mins from the airport. Ideal for our overnight stay before our klotok tour. Large, clean well maintained room and a fantastic buffet breakfast with lots of choices! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent staff. Basic breakfast but it’s free. Limited options. Staff was helpful and kind all around. I don’t know what is on the second floor but furniture was always being dragged on the floor or moved at all sorts of time in the morning and night. Maybe construction? But lovely stay.

Nice facilities, not a great location for walking.

We ended up having to stay in Pangkalan Bun unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled. We booked this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very nice and the facilities good. My only complaint would be that it is a fairly long walk to get to the main part of town where the “sites” are. A short drive, so if you prefer that, the location is fine, but if you like to walk, pick something a little closer to the water.

Although the description is "smoking in desgnated areas only", this actually meant people were and are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel except their actual room, and includes hallways outside the rooms where cigarette receptacles are frequent. So essentially the place reeks and you can't even go through the lobby without breathing it in. So that was very disappointing. The staff upgraded us the first night from the first to the second floor, which smelled not as bad, and we paid a bit extra to stay there the second night of our stay. The room faced the inner courtyard, which was fine the first night, but a small group of people who were very loud remained there until past 10 pm the second night, so no sleep until i went to the front desk and asked them to tell the group to shut up. Although the staff member initially balked at that " as they are guests too", once i persisted, a request of the group was made as i heard nothing after. So, the staff did try to be helpful in the end, which was appreciated, but i wouldn't want to have to stay there again. We were trying to make an ethical choice and not stay at the Mercure hotel because that owner is heavily involved in the palm oil business. I would look for other options if i ever went there again.

Basic simple breakfast but there is only soap in shower. None at sink. I asked at desk but they told me ONLY IN SHOWER WHICH MEANT YOU HAD TO LITERALLY WALK INTO SHOWER AND PUMP SOME SOAPEVERYTIME YOU WANTED TO WASH HANDS. PRICE IS RIGHT AND RECEPTIONISTS SWEET.

Excellent stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was mostly all COLD rice noodles and vegetables. Toaster was available. One morning we had someone doing eggs but the next morning there was no one.

The hotel is old, run down, with mold in the bathrooms, old dirty paint in the room. Front desk staff unhelpful with calling a taxi to get to airport. Rooms on ground floor were so loud I had to wear my noise canceling headphones. Never ever again

A great place to lay your head after a few days on a boat on the jungle. The hotel is a little tired but the restaurant for dinner was a pleasant surprise and the staff there very friendly and went out of their way to get the order correct (one of us was vegetarian). Great lime juice too! Breakfast was not so good, more local food. But even the locals were crowded around the bread and toaster so it was difficult to get the one thing we wanted! All round it served a great purpose for us.

Heel mooi proper hotel waar je avonds lekker kunt dineren voor een spotprijsje. Elke dag flesjes water en super vriendelijk personeel die je zoveel mogelijk proberen voort te helpen . En wat betreft het engels blijven ze moeite doen om zich toch verstaanbaar te maken
