İşletme sahibi Ahmet bey çok ilgili, güleryüzlü, akşamları bizlerle ilgilenen Salih bey de aynı şekilde. Bir daha gitmek için sabırsızlandığımız bir deneyim oldu bizim için. 「otelin gayet temizdi, kapadokya tatilimizde odalarda nem ve rutubet kokusu olur mu diye çok tedirgindik ancak oda da hiç koku yoktu her şey yeniydi ve temizdi.çok modern ve hoş dizayn edilmişti…Sahipleri ilgili ve nezaketi kişilerdi… manzarası çok hoştu teras manzarası çok güzeldi 」

「Excellent staff, great room, breakfast was phenomenal in the morning. Great location to walk toward the castle/ shops and drive to see the other areas locally. The host was super welcoming with a great knowledge of the area and excellent English! Took time out of his day to show us around to many locations we never would have seen without his help in the area, extremely grateful for this stay.」

「My wife and I have just spent a very happy and comfortable 4 nights over the Eid Festival at The Demisos Caves Hotel in Mustafapasa, The room was comfortable spotless, perfectly heated for the season, and benefited from a spacious terrace. A large Breakfast was served every morning featuring a delicious selection of fresh bread, pastries, local cheeses, olives, jams, honey, salads, tahini and eggs with fries, along with hot and cold drinks. Wifi worked perfectly and the hotel is perfectly...

「Muy linda la habitación, el personal súper atento y amable. Brindan atención e información para que puedas moverte a otros lugares. Desafortunadamente por el idioma, quiero pensar, no nos preguntaron si queríamos que nos hicieran limpieza de la habitación, entonces un día no la hicieron. Pero de ahí en fuera, todo muy bien. 」

「Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. 」

「Staffs are friendly and approachable. They helped us book an airport transfer last minute at a better deal than local taxis. Their breakfast is fantastic - many kinds of cheese, fruit, various dipping sauces, tea, coffee, fries, bread, just like a sultan’s breakfast! The view is amazing at the terrace too - go check out during sunrise, sunset, and night time. Restaraunts and supermarkets are located 15 min walkable distance. They give you slipper, bath gown, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner,...

「一個非常美麗又有設計感的飯店，櫃檯人員非常的樂意幫助我們解決各樣的問題，到的時候甚至讓我們親自去挑自己喜歡的房間，飯店還提供了洗衣機乾衣機以及無線提供的咖啡跟水讓你隨時可以使用，非常的貼心，如果有機會一定會再入住這裡，只是可惜附近的餐廳不多，所以要到主要的小鎮開車比較方便但是距離也不遠，我們是自己開車，不過也有看到接送的巴士，所以我想交通應該也不是問題！」
