The Guest Services Rep, Crystal (spelling) was remarkable. The rooms was surprisingly clean--the ice machine was a pay unit and charged me twice for one bag of ice--overall, I'll be back with a cooler of my own ice.

Our family loved it. The staff makes it even better and they have became family. The lady at the front desk even played with our kids she was amazing when we checked in on Saturday morning and we even ended staying longer than we thought and she helped us out getting another night. We will definitely be back in a few weeks. Our room was clean and loved the view. We have nothing bad to say about the place.

Its a 70s ( guessing) low key, safe place.. next to Sharkeys n across from Senior Frogs ( easily walkable). 100% gulf front. If u want room service n upscale its not your vibe. But I love it.

I loved this place for the price the location was amazing. There were some small cleaning issues with the walls and door frames and the pool wasn't open the whole time. I had to call them to ask them to unlock it.it had been storming so I assume that isn't the norm. The parking was awful till I got use to it. If you drive around the main lot a few times you can usually find someone leaving. But if not the extra lot isn't far only annoying during rain. We absolutely loved walking directly onto the beach from our room. We will be booking again.

It worked for what we needed it to- a place to sleep and shower once done on the beach. It was relatively clean and comfortable. The property is quite old or poorly maintained as there is horrible staining/ water damage to the roof/

We stayed there one night before our 1 week stay at a nice house. This place is in dire need of renovation. Bed is lopsided and cheap polyester sheets. It was very loud from very early morning and like others said smelled terrible of weed smoking. The only positive thing about this place is it’s location

It was an okay spot for a small trip, room wasn’t very clean as sand was everywhere and had a weird smell. The balcony is a plus! Parking is terrible if you don’t get there early enough but the beach view is amazing

Looks are deceiving. The hotel is definitely older and not well. Maintained air-conditioning. Worked great beds are old. The view is great. The room needs some updates especially the bathtub the closet. The furniture was dusty and dirty under the glass. Looks like it hasn’t been washed the floor had a hole in it and was peeling and cracked. There was roaches in the room no hairdryer no Kleenex the shampoo and conditioner was extremely watered down definitely not worth a $400 stay

We had room on bottom floor with nice beach view. Hotel is older fairly well kept. We were happy with a reasonable price for a base camp for 4 days. No complaints and room was better than expected.,would book again. No room cleaning but towels and coffee available at font desk. Parking is sparse. I was offered money for my space.
