There were so many issues with this hotel. It needs to be condemned. Health/ code really need to inspect this building. I rented three rooms and all three rooms had roaches, bed bugs, bed lice and spiders. Not to mention the mold and mildew, and filthy bed, mattresses, appliances, etc.

The view was beautiful! Staff were very friendly upon check in and check out. However the room we stayed in wasn’t. It had an odor to it, the first thing I seen when we opened the door was rust all over the refrigerator, very and I mean very few dishes to use. We ended up just buying stuff for the microwave and finger foods. Because there wasn’t but one small pan to cook with. Bathroom faucet dripped the whole time. The beds were lumpy and felt like we slept on rails. Pillows were lumpy as well. The carpet was dirty. There was no broom or anything to sweep the floors. I had to chase down housekeepers to borrow a broom and get a trash bag. No one never came and offered us clean towels I had to again go to the housekeeper. I doubt that we will stay here again. There’s also a $50 per night stay deposit required when checking in. One thing I did like was the text from the front desk AI of course. This hotel needs an update and we would come back then to stay.

The front desk clerk (Mrs Karen) was excellent on greeting us and getting us in a room quickly. She was also great getting things done for us like room services and fixing the AC unit. If it wasnt for her we would've ask for a refund and book somewhere else.

I liked the way the employees were there to help and the closeness to the beach and the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room the only dislikes would be the coke machine didn’t work the lighting in the room was very bad and our televisions were very unclear and we couldn’t hook up to stream

Bathtub had hairs on the walls like they didn’t even bother cleaning the bathroom. As soon as you walked in the room the smell was disgusting. Every other person staying there was smoking weed and the whole hotel smelled like it. The carpet in the room was so dirty it felt sticky and my socks were black from walking from the bathroom to the bed. Never again!!! Absolutely disgusting. Do not take your kids there.

It’s time to upgrade. Rooms are in poor condition. Look @ 5 rooms before making a decision. Heard that others were saying the rooms were not fit. Have stay here about 5 yrs ago and like I said, it’s time for upgrade of everything in these rooms.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, but to each they're own. My room (606) was clean, and efficient. A full size refrigerator, microwave and mini stove with an oven. They even had silverware, cups, plates, pots and pans and dish detergent. The bathroom was well stocked too. The only complaint I have is that the people in the room over was smoking pot on the balcony and it was wafting onto mine. I text the number the hotel sent me if any problems came up and they were gone the next morning. People just want to complain to complain. You are at a BEACH FRONT hotel, if you want absolute pristine conditions, then stay inland, because this hotel is definitely not for you.

After prepayment for the stay, my card was charged an additional $196 - security+ resort fee. Should have known about that. Internet was non-existent. Place was run down. Elevator was spotty. Sometimes it got to our floor, sometimes it took several tries

Was told when booking I would pay only 15.82 at the hotel, wrong ended up paying 65.00 50.00 unexpectedly for a security deposit that would be returned to me after check out, haven’t received my 50.00 back .
