Could see the beach from our room. It’s an older hotel and some things are run down but overall the rooms were nice. The hotel itself could just use some updates.

The beach view was wonderful I do wish somehow yall could make a path easier for older guest to walk down to beach and not have to walk thru the sand and carry stuff just walking is almost impossible for older guests but they want to enjoy the beach also sometimes.Make it please way easier for older and handy cap guests.But everything else was super pool was clean ,Hot tub was wonderful sitting areas super one suggestion water misters would be a great addition to the outside sitting areas and or vans I have been there 2 times and plan on making many more trips there.also for seniors they should be able to get chairs and umbrellas included with roomswithout a pricey cost on being most are on #SSi ts hard to carry out to beach without a good walkway work on Helping older guest enjoy there stay easier Thank You

Beach view and beach area were great. Didnt spend any time at pool but looked great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, enjoyed kitchen/dining space. Would stay here again.

We had a balcony and street view which was great! It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The negative was the air conditioning didn’t work properly. It was either freezing or too hot, not in between. No ice machines, however you could buy some. Housekeeping didn’t restock coffee or cups, however they did leave plenty of towels.

It was older but well maintained and clean. One elevator was out of order, but the remaining one handled the load well. Overall, just a nice quiet relaxing stay plan on going back next year.

I have grown up staying in this exact hotel. Of course it could use a few upgrades but overall it was a perfect stay. Only down fall was one elevator was not working at all for the 4 nights we were there. The one working elevator broke down several times during our stay.

There were issues from the start. First of all, the parking is horrible. We had to park across the street on another property and walk back across the street to the hotel. A section of the parking area is very dark, there is no lighting and we felt very unsafe when we parked at night. So, we had to drop our luggage at the hotel first then drive across the street to park our vehicle, and walk back to the hotel. Secondly, the tub in the room did not drain properly. The water accumulates under your feet during your shower and stands. The handles on the shower were extremely molded. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it gets extremely foggy from the water steam. The elevator broke down and we had to climb seven flights of stairs. We're told the elevator breaks down frequently. There are no USB plugs available to charge our cell phones. Good thing we brought our wall chargers. The carpet was very dirty. The best part about our stay was the price we paid for 3 nights. However, in the future I will pay more just to have a better quality of living area. Another best part, was the view we had from our room. We paid for a room on the beach side of the building and it was great. Overall, I guess we got what we paid for. And because we had got settled in our room before learning of all the discrepancies, we stayed and made the best of it. We focused on the positive. The problem is that this is an old, old building that needs a lot of renovations. Better luck next time. Thanks!

I was not aware that property had two sides. The side that they put us on was not very appealing to the eye! It seemed like an old motel that they tried to convert. The main hotel was very beautiful and more appealing . The hotel ceilings were stained with something red. And the shower curtain was stained as well. Other than that the beach was beautiful.

This was a great location, with beachfront, balcony and a large pool. The grounds were beautiful. It is an older building with great potential. With more serious renovation it could easily go from a three star hotel to a five star.
