Overall, my wife and I were very happy with our stay and would absolutely consider staying at this unit and property again.
First, the view was outstanding! The air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay, although the outside temperatures never got above 80 degrees, so we can't really speak to how well it would perform during the hotter summer months. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was also a huge convenience and something we really appreciated.
There were a couple of minor maintenance issues worth mentioning. The ceiling fan light in the living room did not work. While there were other lamps in the room that provided adequate lighting, it's still something that should be repaired. Additionally, one of the leveling feet on the bottom of the refrigerator was broken, causing the refrigerator to wobble. Judging by the marks where the refrigerator door had been rubbing against the wall, this appeared to be an issue that had existed for some time.
Overall this property is tailored to families! We give it a 4 out of 5!
