我们订的是三人间，房间非常小，前台服务人员态度比较冷淡。早餐看着种类多，但其中绝大多数都是各种橄榄，糖浆奶酪和小点心。主食和蔬菜很少。感觉就是小旅店的水平。

I stayed just one night with my wife and the hotel gave me a family room that have 3 beds. It's good. The staffs were kind and help us whenever we had an issue for example the electric power converter from 220V to 110 V. We did not bring it so were difficult to use electonic devices.The breakfast When I asked it to the staffs, they gave it and I could use my devices. The breakfast buffet was really good. The location was near to the Pamukcale and they have an owned large self parking lot for self driving guests. Oh... just be careful when you use the shower booth. The floor of bath was fine marble stone and slippery when it was wet. Too high quarlity to the bath.... ^^ Thanks for Venus! v

Great, clean, nice, upscale with reasonable rates place to stay while visiting western turkey ( hieropolis, laodicea). Room was great (2 bedroom with a sitting area) clean, Breakfast had alot of variety. Nice to have a restaurant on premises. Nice pool ( don't believe it was heated so it was a bit chilly) highly recommend overall.

Great location nestled in a small town surrounded by homes that are typical in a village. Our hotel room has the views of the nearby mountains with snow caps during spring time in April. There is ample parking in front of the property and is about 15 mins drive to Pamukkale Hot springs and hot air balloon rides. The hotel includes free breakfast in the morning with a good collection of breads, eggs and other stuff; however, the staff were very rude to our family when we politely asked them few questions about the food as we had dietary restrictions. They were also very unhappy when I asked them a question about coffee. Besides that the hotel premises and the room were super clean and exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms were clean and stuffed with ample towels and toiletries.

Glad we found this hotel. Very nice stay. Clean, no cigarette smoke smell in the room or dining area. Excellent breakfast buffet, so much variety of fresh veggies and fruit included. We wish we would have eaten dinner there both days. The price is very fair, the food excellent and better than the restaurant we ate at the night before which was more expensive and of less quality. Highly recommend Venus Suites Hotel.

We had a great stay at Venus Suite Hotel in Pamukkale. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The service was very good, especially from the staff attending during breakfast — always friendly and attentive. The hotel is very peaceful and relaxing, perfect to unwind after visiting Pamukkale and Hierapolis. There is also plenty of parking space available, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. One of the highlights was the beautiful view: peach trees in the garden and, in the background, the mountains and nearby quarries, creating a very unique and scenic atmosphere. Highly recommended for a comfortable and tranquil stay in Pamukkale!

Close to National Park and they provided a shuttle for us to the entrance……rooms were a bit dated, but shower was great! Breakfast not so much! Front desk personnel were informative and provided lots of info, and booked great massage package for us all!
