「We got to the rooms and the doors were open to open air, bugs flying in and out of the room, walked in the room it had mattresses with no bedding, and smelt like cigarettes and cat pee! The bathroom was filled with mold and bugs! We immediately left and requested our money back and he told us we had to collect it from Expedia. When we contacted Expedia they called the hotel and were put on hold indefinitely multiple times. We never got our money back. If there is a way for expiration to remove...
