I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Liberé in Pamplona. As a business traveler who spends a large part of the year on the road and stays in countless hotels around the world, I can say that this place truly stands out. If you’re tired of big hotels, long check-in lines, and complicated parking, this is the perfect alternative. The apartment-style rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. The check-in process is incredibly smooth and fast — all done by code, with no waiting and no hassle. Parking is available on-site, and the whole experience is seamless: you arrive, access your room, and check out just as easily, all without needing to meet anyone if you prefer a quiet, private stay. 2nd time staying here. Great little apartment. Right on Yamaguchi grounds. I had the courtyard side where it’s lined with restaurants. Excellent choices and food. Can get loud if there is someone yelling , but it’s never for long. I do wish it was more soundproof though.

Nice, Clean, & Quiet

We took a break here when walking the Camino. The apartment had a washer/dryer which was a very nice surprise. It was quiet, and kept very clean. It is all digital check in, which was a little confusing at first, but after I figured it out it was smooth sailing.

I paid for parking and when we came in the didn’t honor it and didn’t save the spot for us (even though they charged it in my card!) and when I called Libere they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that I had to find parking on my own (hotel next door allowed me to after I had to go ask and pay again!)

This is our 2nd time to stay at this apartment hotel. We like it because of the proximity to the university nearby & some restaurants & grocery stores, but it's only last night that we had difficulty entering our room that caused delay for 10-15mins.

The property has very limited parking, air conditioned depending on the weather and no persons until check out time. It’s far away from the city and there are few taxis and no uber.

We stayed here for one night during the San fermin festival. The apart hotel we had was relatively small for four people but manageable. The in-room washer dryer was key and it was very walkable to and from the festival. Keep in mind though walkable for me consists of a mile and a half. If you do not feel that a mile and a half to a 2 mile walk to or from your hotel is walkable that might be something to consider. The property is right next door to a very large Park and key dining options. It also has a close proximity to a local parking lot. If you are driving, we do not interact with any staff as everything was pretty much digital. However, anything that we did need was available through emailing the staff or texting their WhatsApp number. Traditionally. I do like to have a guest service as staff on site but seeing as we were staying one it wasn't particularly necessary

The process to go into the building is very difficult if you do not have a cellphone with local data. Since every thing is online, you do not have the traditional reseption help. The service representatives are very kind and the place is nice once in side.

No personel, no cleaning or refill service at the room, no one on site, roof top always closed even though they said they where going to open it. No extra garbage bag only one for The mini garbage can for 3 days. No one ever came to clean, refill, nothing in 4 Nights. Not 1 complementary water. No personnel. This is a place for robots. Code to go in. No staff. This is no hotel. Better off at an air b&b. More service, more comunicacion, more household materials.
