Pleasant staff, good clean, spacious room

Very comfortable hotel however parking underground was not possible due to height restriction of 1.8m. This needs to be added to the hotel description information. Breakfast was OK, staff were extremely pleasant.

I have loved to stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean. they have dining options. I have tried the gym and it is walking distance from the hotel but has all the machines to keep you moving and it was quiet. the hotel is well located from restaurants and 20 minute walk to museums and the old city.

This property has a great partnership with the nearby Sparta gym that guests can use. Way better than a hotel gym! Hotel staff were all very gracious. Food pretty good too. We could hear some noise from nearby room.

Park view!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel that’s across the street from a park. The staff was friendly and spoke English, which was a plus. Because we were there on a Sunday, we were able to park in front of the hotel for free. The hotel, which is convenient to the University of Navarre, offers a breakfast buffet, which was good.

We stayed in Pamplona during San Fermin. This hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the city center, so it was a nice quiet place in contrast to the crazy festival. The hotel gave us red scarfs for the festival, so we didn't have to buy our own which was a neat bonus. We didn't do the buffet breakfast at the hotel, but the cafe they have is really nice and serves great food and coffee. We highly recommend it. Staff were helpful and there was a laundromat nearby which was super.

The man at check in - seemed to be the manager - was amazing! Super helpful with a lot of info to share. Nice and clean. The 4-person room was extremely tiny for four people, but it worked fine for us for one night. Decent location near restaurants and close enough to walk to all of the running of the bulls festivities.
