No hicieron la limpieza en tres días, no cambiaron las toallas, no cambiaron las sabanas, se limitaron a darme la llave de la habitación a mi arribo y a recibirla cuando partí.Eso sí, cobraron todo sin brindar los servicios que contrate.

Das Personal war übergehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Empfangsdame in der Nacht war sehr desinteressiert und demotiviert. Das kostenlose Frühstück war OK, es gab zwei Stück Brot mit Konfie. Kaffe Milch und Orangensaft konnte man auch zwei auswählen. Alles im allem gibt es bessere Frühstück, leider konnte man nur bis 09:30 Uhr Frühstück holen. Was für spät aufsteher heisst es gibt nichts mehr. Das Zimmer hatte zwei Zustellbetten und die Kochnische wird mit einem weitern Zimmer in der Mitte geteilt. Die Küchenschränke stinken und man möchte das Geschirr gar nicht brauchen. Wir haben nach einem zusätzlichen Babybett gefragt, welches sehr eng im neben dem Bett platz hatte. Ich würde das nächste mal lieber was mehr bezahlen und ein bessers Apartment nehmen.

The staff was VERY helpful. This is an economical place for San Fermin that has public transportation near the entrance all week.

Ambiente agradable, personal atento y nada más.
Partiré de la base de que se trata de un albergue y que, por tanto, no son esperables lujos. El ambiente es agradable, el personal atento y la clientela, por lo general, bastante sociable. Sin embargo, la limpieza, desde el techo hasta el suelo, deja mucho que desear: telarañas en el techo y pelos y pelusas por doquier (se cayó la tapa de un bote de crema en el baño y quedó impregnada de inmundicias variadas). Su ubicación con respecto al centro de Pamplona no está mal: aunque no todo el mundo disfruta con caminatas de media hora hay transporte público que para muy cerca. Los desayunos son básicos: o tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada (no hay otra opción para ellas más que un aceite de calificación desconocida) o bollería industrial. La habitación doble tiene toda la pinta de ser una habitación individual de estudiantes a la que se le ha metido una cama con calzador (casi literalmente). Afortunadamente, y como ya he dicho, el personal es muy atento y agradable. Recomendable siempre que no importen esos "pequeños detalles". Otro aspecto positivo es la sala gaming, con una mesa de billar, una mesa de pin pon, y lo más importante para los niños, una PS4, una Wii, televisión con Canal +, una mesa para jugar a juegos de mesa y asientos cómodos.

Need to be more accomodating.
The room was good for my one night stay for the Running of the Bulls. It was the cheapest availble at $60 usd, but should be priced at $15-$20 night. Most of the staff was friendly, except for the main female staffer that checkes me in. She was completely non accomondating to check me in early. Additionally, they didnt seen to clean the red blankets, because I did not aee any in their bins after they cleaned rooms, so I made shre to oull mine off the bes to insure they were cleaned.

Stayed here for San Fermin festival. It was a good location and very affordable. Be prepared for noise, however since there is no AC and you have to sleep with the window open during the summer months.

The room was dirty. There were few cockroaches there. One was even hiding under the pillow. I understand that the prices in Pamplona get crazy around the San Fermin Festival, but I think for 125 euro/night, we deserved at least a clean room to stay at. The only two things I like about this place is: 1) nice people at the "front desk", and 2) very convenient for transportation to the festival area. (not too convenient for airport though)

Basic room with fridge and hob, comfy bed and pillows but noisy neighbours. Cheap vending machines for coffee and snacks but breakfast was a few items in a basket, what can you expect for the price.

worst hostel.
here is worst hostel that I have ever been. I never recommend this hostel. only cheap price satisfy to you. dirty room, dirty fitness room, not kind, very rude university students. terrible noise. some people enjoy party with loud music. but the office doesn't limit them. worst, worst hostel.

Any other hotel in town would be better.
This hostel was horrible. The room reeked of smoke. The kitchen area smelled like something died there. The room was dirty. This was worth a fraction of what I paid for it. I am upset that hotels.com even offers this place. If I could have changed to a different hotel I would have.

Parfait pour un court sejour.
Chambre petite mais extrêmement bien aménagée.Coin cuisine.Propre et presque neuf .Parfait pour y passer qqs nuits. Acceuil d une grande gentillesse.

Out on the edge of town
I had not expected this to have a small kitchen. Very nice. No one was staying here while I was, which was creepy. Very unhappy I was forced to buy a 4Euro "membership" upon arrival. No nearby restaurants or shops.

Я жил в одноместном номере -студии. Очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда помогают сориентироваться в городе, при заселении показывают и рассказывают обо всем в хостеле. Номер был очень чистый, на первом этаже, окно небольшое и с решеткой )Номер маленький,но уютный,без кондиционера, но жарко не было,я бывал в нем только рано утром и поздно вечером. Кухня укомплектована, вся посуда в порядке, плита с двумя рабочими конфорками,микроволновку не проверял.Санузел в порядке,напор в душе хороший,при заселении положили тюбик геля для душа и шампунь,за пять дней не добавили, но у меня были свои. Полотенца три,поменяли на третий день по моей просьбе. Есть стиральные и сушильные машины в общей прачечной платные. Очень порадовало наличие мини-спортзала, где есть штанга,гантели,велотренажеры. Универсальный тренажер был неисправен, но мне это не сильно помешало ) Очень приятный внутренний двор со столиками. Хостел расположен в тихом месте, очень спокойно спать, чистый воздух. Магазины далековато, минут 15 до ближайшего супермаркета Eroski и минут 20 до Liddle. До центра города 20 минут в горку :). В целом мне очень понравилось проживание, особая благодарность администрации за разрешение оставить вещи в номере после чек-аута до отъезда. Спасибо!

Si vous voulez rester au calme
Studio propre, salle de bain spacieuses, auberge située dans un environnement calme et places de parking disponibles. Par contre l'ambiance est morte, j'avais l'impression d'être seul dans l'auberge, elle est loin du centre-ville et inaccessible en transport en commun. Ne pas choisir si vous espérez des rencontres.

Of you're looking for a plush hotel this is not for you. But for the money if you don't mind the hostel lifestyle the staff is good and helpful and if you're lucky enough to get good roommates like we did you'll have a blast.

Sencillo pero ideal para una persona sola
La habitacíón es pequeña, pero está muy completa (no hay que olvidar que es una residencia para estudiantes) con mobiliario, cocina de dos placas, nevera pequeña y utensilios de cocina. Entorno muy tranquilo, lo que tiene como contrapartida que está lejos de casi todo. Pero entre semana hay autobús al centro. Servicios de máquinas de vending, pero no hay cafetería (al menos en fin de semana). El personal de recepción encantador y dispuesto.
