「Me encantó la estadía en el hotel, no solamente lo limpio y lo como de las habitaciones, pero Reynaldo fue muy amable me ayudó a comprar mi pasaje de regreso a Lima y me explicó la historia de cómo reconstruyó la casa de su abuelita y como la convirtió a un hotel siendo la casa de su abuelita Irma y por eso se llama así. 「We had a great stay, we are vegan and there were so many vegan restaurants less than 10 minutes away walking. Close to the beautiful Plaza de Armas, very safe area had hot water which is a plus and good WIFI. Also had a refrigerator and microwave which we definitely used. 」

「I have stayed in 20+ hotels in Peru, including other Costa Del Sol locations. Their hotel in Arequipa is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had, better than any hotel I’ve used in USA, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. Staff was FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We will definitely be going back to Arequipa and I will not even consider staying anywhere else. This hotel is FANTASTIC. And the staff is the best part. A+++」

「Most amazing stay at any hotel that we’ve been to. Have to ring their bell and wait for their staff to let us in. Totally enclosed property and only guests can dine there. Rooms were comfortable, very quiet, can get coffee or food delivered to your room (no charge all inclusive), breakfast and dinner selections were plentiful, all delicious food. We can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer. 」

「Very helpful staff, they helped me to do printing of ticket, to order taxi and to talk a bus company who didn't send me email of purchased ticket. Room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast at terrace was really nice. Though you have to walk for 10 mins to plaza de arms, it was worth walking coz for the price and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!」
