I would recommend they have screens for their windows to prevent bugs from coming into the dining room. The king room we had was excellent. 「Además de que la habitación estaba sucia, me brindaron una habitación en el 4to piso a pesar que indiqué que tenía un problema en la rodilla. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor.」

「Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. There was a minor issue with our payment on arrival. The staff quickly noticed the issue, where honest and apologetic. Paolo in particular was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also gave a free ticket to a city to apologise which very kind. Generally, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Very comfortable and has good amenities and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and advocate that others do so too.」

「best hotel among my 2 month trip in south america, reception dont speak fluent english but very helpful, room dont have kettle , and need hot water for cup noodles, they help me get from restaurant fair breadfast and help me cooked new egg once i arrived. room is clean and bed is comfortable. just one block from down, super convenient.」
