「I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food....

「I had a great experience staying here. Heidi and Luis and the rest of the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a restaurant and bar on site so there was no need to go anywhere really. I learned that the swimming pool is a new addition and that they are continuously expanding to provide more rooms and amenities. I didn’t have time to try the jet ski on this trip but I saw people enjoying it. I learned from the staff that you can charter a boat...

「i stayed there for exactly 15 minutes and moved out to the hotel Obaldía, which is much better. I did not even ask for a refund. This is a lousy hotel, you should not be advertising it.. I took it on trust since you were listing it, and it was horrible.」
