「Very clean property and helpful staff, but the ironing board was crooked/warped and had jagged points piercing through the cover. Other than that- everything was great.」

「Hot shower, clean and comfortable beds. Staff made up my bed and replaced towels daily. Quiet location and neighborhood. Good bargain. The only complaints were that the breakfast was mediocre and the elevator was out of order the day I was checking out. But I would have definitely stay here again if the rates are the same」

「This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again.」

「GPS took me around in circles to get in parking lot but in a convenient location. Places to eat within walking distance. There is a lot of traffic/foot traffic in the area. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Check in and out was easy.」

「The location was great. The front desk clerk and a couple of the housekeepers was wonderful and friendly. What I didn’t like is that my room smelled like a wet dog. And the continental breakfast area was very unkept while service was going. I went down there at 9 AM. Most of everything was gone and it was dirty.」

「Only had one bath towel and the carpet throughout the hotel needs replacement. One of the staff checked in several guests as the gentleman who was trying to check me in. The room was comfortable and breakfast was just as your commercials promised. Poor walk ability to any restaurant. Several were a short ride however. 」
