"Beautiful, quiet retreat just a short 5 min taxi ride into bustling Tropea. We had 3 rooms but some were much smaller. The resort is a retreat for peace. But note: no store on site, limited access to food only during meal times & the beach is a climb down, very small & no service only chairs & umbrellas. Still a great spot. Pool is beautiful!"

"We had a very pleasant stay for one night, and found the hotel to be quiet, comfortable, and serene. The check-in was very quick and easy, followed by a restaurant right on site that does a wonderful dinner as well as a complimentary Italian breakfast. The pool is cozy and received plenty of sunlight, and the room was comfortable along with a top notch A/C and a stocked mini fridge. We’ll certainly stay again next time we’re in town"

"We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. By the way there was a pizzeria restaurant close by called Bambu. Their food was excellent "

"Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend. Thank you to Frank, Mirium, Perier and all the staff working at the hotel. "

"Lovely resort. Amazing breakfast spread was included. Friendly, helpful staff. Just the transfers to Reggio, a 15 mins drive was €40 each way. I recommend having a rental car when staying here. "
