Excelente Localização, próximo ao Centro Administrativo da cidade de Palmas e do estado do Tocantins. Também próximo de shopping e atrações turísticas. Um hotel sem piscinas ou áreas de lazer, mas o suficiente para passar muitos dias. Quartos amplos e completos. Camas muito grandes e confortáveis (para casal). Boa limpeza e excelente café da manhã. Atendimento NOTA 10!!

O Jalapão Hotel fica numa excelente localização. É um hotel relativamente pequeno, com o quarto grande e um café da manhã básico, mas que atende a necessidade. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Hotel simples, razoavelmente novo e limpo. O café da manhã está anunciado com início às 06h30, mas cheguei um pouco depois disso e o café somente foi servido às 07h00. O hotel não tem serviço de restaurante nem lanchonete.

Me hospedei neste hotel à negócios, o mesmo é um hotel razoável, o quarto é razoavelmente aconchegante, o café é bom, à noite servem um caldo muito gostoso, os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e cordiais. Contudo, no banheiro tinha barata saindo pelo ralo, e como nesta região possuem vôos pela madrugada, o pessoal que chega ou sai faz muito barulho, como não tem acústica nenhuma, depois de acordar, ninguém consegue dormir. Não foi ruim, apenas saliento esses comentários para melhoria. Me hospedaria novamente, só se fosse para ficar no último andar e bem afastado da escada e elevador.

TIVEMOS DIFICULDADE EM LOCALIZAR A ENTRADA, HAVIA APENAS FUNCIONÁRIOS NA RECEPÇÃO, MAS NINGUÉM SE DISPONIBILIZOU A AJUDAR ,COM A BAGAGEM, UMA MALA E UMA MOCHILA, NEM TÃO POUCO APONTAR E FACILITAR A IDENTIFICAÇÃO DO LOCAL. DE ENTRADA. O TÁXI ESTAVA NA LATERAL.
