Foi uma estadia apenas para descanso após um voo que chegou as 22h no aeroporto. O quarto estava limpo, porém não foram disponibilizados sequer sabonetes. a porta de vidro da sacada não fechada completamente e deixava uma fresta por onde luz e insetos passavam. A luz da sacada não era apagável, fazendo com que entrasse muita luminosidade no quarto. O café da manhã com pouquíssimas opçoes. Bem caro para o que oferece.

Não recomendo

Me deram um quarto todo mofado e infiltrado, super sujo, do tamanho de um ovo, sem condições nenhuma de passar uma diaria. Como reclamei nos passaram para outro, um pouco melhor, mas o quarto ficou todo molhado pois o ar condicionado estava pingando, não tinha luz no banheiro. Café da manha simples até demais, a torradeira não estava quebrada, não tinha leite quente. Fora que quando questionei sobre onde poderia almoçar o rapaz da recepção falou como se eu não tivesse condições de pagar pela refeição no restaurante proximo ao hotel, "falou que tinha um restaurante proximo mas era caro". Não recomendo de forma alguma esse hotel.

Bom custo benefício

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício. O meu banheiro estava sem porta, pois estava em alguma manutenção, nada que me incomodou numa viagem solo, mas se estivesse dividindo o quarto seria um problema. A Cama não era muito confortável. O café da manhã atendeu as expectativas, porém muitas pessoas iam se servir sem máscara e não havia ninguém do hotel para impedir isso e orientar as pessoas a usarem máscara perto do buffet. O atendimento foi muito cordial. Colocaram uma mesa a meu pedido no quarto.

Se a estadia não for por luxo é bem tranquilo

O quarto 109 não era o melhor do mundo. A TV não funcionava, na primeira noite o quarto tinha um cheiro estranho e não tinha porta no box do banheiro. O atendente me perguntou se eu queria trocar de quarto no dia seguinte, mas como eu iria embora de madrugada, achei que seria um transtorno pra ambos desnecessário. O café da manhã foi bem simples e as pessoas não respeitaram as questões sanitárias de covid-19.

O hotel é ok. Vale para passar uma noite na ida ou na volta do Jalapão, em função do preço ofertado. Não sei se é costume no Tocantins (já que as pousadas no Jalapão eram da mesma forma), mas não gostei do fato de não haver lençol para se cobrir; você acaba se cobrindo com uma colcha (o que não é nada confortável no calor do Norte do país, sem falar que você acaba duvidando da higienização a cada hóspede), assim como as fronhas do travesseiro são do mesmo material (não tem uma fronha simples, de algodão). Mas como disse, para uma noite (ou apenas algumas horas, como foi meu caso, já que meu voo saiu de madrugada), vale a pena!

Hotel simples mas confortável, muito bem localizado, com pessoal atencioso e prestativo. Café da manhã honesto. É necessária algumas manutenções no corrimão da escadaria e no trinco da porta do quarto q eu fiquei mas, de resto, achei ótimo. Voltarei em breve.

não recomendo

Cancelou a estadia em cima da hora, a cidade estava lotada sem vagas em outros hotéis. Alegaram que havia caído um raio no hotel. Pesquisei no centro metereologico não houve no período nenhuma incidência de raio em palmas, além de perguntar a vários motoristas de uber da cidade sem que ninguém tivesse confirmado.. mentiram para pegar estadia mais cara. Papelão.
