Lovely time in Palma

We had a lovely time here, good location, friendly and helpful staff. The room wasn’t huge but very nice and the air con was working perfectly so we were pleased. House keeping staff came daily, did a good job

Convenient location

Excellent location directly before the bus stop from the airport and next to the main train station to head out of Palma. 5 minute walk to Mercat with excellent lunch counters and fresh produce. Hotel was quite quiet considering the proximity to public transport

Ant infestation

Hotel was dirty with food crumbs over the floors, property. The bedframe was covered in ants. The room was not possible to sleep in and the front desk was dismissive and only offered to change the sheets and would not provide another room. The room was not habitable and I had to go find other accommodation. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great stay! The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very clean. Good Wifi Connection. Directly located at Placa d'Espanya. It's just a step to the Airbus Bus. Most sightseeing attractions and shopping area are nearby / within walking distance. I definetely can recommend this Hotel and would book it again at any time!

Great location

The hotel was in an ideal location near bus station and not far from lots of bars / restaurants. The room was really big however the bed and pillows weren’t the comfiest.

Our third visit to this hotel. Perfectly situated in central Palma. Cløse to all kinds og public transportation, bus line directly from the airport. Nice, big room, good breakfast.
