Decent central location, no car parking but there is street parking around. Does have decent transportation and some of the places are walkable. Not enough vegan or vegetarian options during breakfast, would be nice to have some more diversity there.

what a surprise this hotel turned out to be be. Loved it and recommend it as it is walking distance to the old town but in a beautiful neighbourhood. Love the free basement spa and rooftop and restaurant. Beds where super comfy.

It was an excellent stay. The woman on the front desk with shoulder length brown hair is so so lovely and welcoming with the best smile and attitude. The room itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. It was an easy stay with no commotion or issues. Also the bathroom was very nice, with powerful shower and lots of ambient lighting that can be dimmed to your liking. Also, loved all the Rituals products provided in the bathroom. One thing to note is it seems to be in a popular location where many locals gather as there are benches outside and a small play area that was well used. We were able to hear some of the conversations happening out there at night which might be a problem for light sleepers. We were on the first floor so quite close to the ground / road level so this might be why we were able to hear so much, maybe the higher up rooms are quieter/ more soundproof.

Loved the location, close to St Catalina & a nice walk to the centre. A really nice hotel, spotlessly clean with free mini bar on arrival & gorgeous pool area with some Balinese sunbeds as well as normal ones. Will be returning.

We stayed at JS Palma Plaza Hotel for seven days and had a great experience. The location is excellent for getting around Palma and for public transport connections. The rooms were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A fantastic 4 night trip to Mallorca
