Great location, very clean, but...

Nice Condo in a great location. But beware, if you are using the second bedroom you are right next to a center that loads trucks, Mon - Fri starting about 6:30am. So you hear people shouting and the high pitched beep, beep, beep of backing up trucks.

Quirky Apartment

This is a very nicely updated apartment right in downtown Palm Springs. Very modern quirky decor, in a 60's era apartment complex with a pool and jacuzzi in the center. Although there are two bedrooms, there's only one bathroom... essentially in the master bedroom. Only one television in the living room, no wash cloths were provided and the pillows are made of stone. We had a problem with construction on the roof on a Saturday, and the renter/manager was very attentive and got them to stop right away. The unit is on the second floor, quite a ways away from the entrance, so you have a ways to carry your luggage.
