「The room had an air conditioning problem so they moved me to another property. The room was in upgrade but the place was missing a swimming pool which was something I really like. The room was clean but the dishes and pots and pans were very dirty as was the freezer. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and you had to have it on maximum in order some of the cold would get out into the living room and the kitchen. They really need to invest in a fan in that place. The...

「Rooms were really good but other than that nothing else was good, 20% service is included on everything, even a bottle of water at the “gift shop”, there was nothing else that was worth it, one pool was super crowded the other is mostly reserved for residents and cabanas, on the beach they wouldn’t put umbrellas because of the wind but all other next door hotels had them up with no issues, no kayaking and it was supposed to be included, I feel like we were deceived.
