I am sorry to hear there were issues with your shower during your stay with us. We are able to resolve weak water issues within minutes during any stay. There is a water control valve that can be removed to allow for more flow in the showers. We also have anti slip mats available at the desk for all rooms. I will have my engineers take a look at the tub floor to see what we can do about the issue in this room. Our guests safety is of the utmost importance to us at all times and a slipper tub is an injury waiting to occur. These are new tubs and may have some type of coating that needs to be taken care. I appreciate your comments so that we can improve our product and the safety of our guests. Hi Aaron! Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. The room that was secured was one of our unrenovated suites, and thus hasn't gone through the full round of updates as the others. The original, unmodified booking was a renovated suite and perhaps that is where things went awry. These rooms will be eliminated this year, and the entire property will be completed as of this summer. We hope you would consider giving us another chance.
