「We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to...

「The staff were very kind and happy to meet our accommodation needs. The breakfast was delicious. Had a variety of good options for everyone and the staff were flexible about the time. The room was comfortable, but all the rooms on the pond face eachother, so be cautious of keeping your curtains open, there is not much privacy. The rooms also do not keep out sound well. You can easily hear your neighbors and anything going on outside. The hotel is next to the park, we were able to walk there...

「The hotel has a beautiful midcentury design, kind staff, and an excellent restaurant serving southern Thai food. Most of the hotel’s guests are Thai, so the food is up to local standards. Great base for exploring Trang.」

「The rooms are absolutely lovely, right on the beach, with a view of the sea in a stunning array of shades of blue and green. The food at their restaurant is really good too. We tried some Thai dishes, burgers and chicken wraps – all of them were really tasty. The breakfast wasn’t particularly lavish, but it had everything you needed and some excellent fresh fruit. It was a dream – thank you 」

「They did not have my booking when I arrived. The rooms are dated as are the bathrooms. I even had 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. I did not stay for my 2nd night. Despite the large grand front reception - the hotel is IMO only a 2* at best.」
