Bargain place to stay, get what you pay for!

Helpful if you want a cheap place to stay however unfortunately the service we experienced was terrible. The woman who served us had a really bad attitude - not sure if it is because she had to stay late as we had a late check in which you pay extra for anyway but she never smiled, responded to our questions/requests e.g. turning on the air con begrudgingly. She also tried to charge me the rate of someone else's room which was 5x the cost of my room, and then tried to charge me for my room which I had already paid for. Aside from that, thankfully there was air con, it was close to everything in the city although a bit noisy from traffic below. They can store your luggage for an extra fee. The shared bathroom we had didn't seem very clean as the grouting was quite black (however other bathrooms looked quite new and clean). Regardless, if you need a bargain affordable place to stay, this does the job!

Grande chambre, salle de bain commune très accessible Personnel très accueillant et aidant Le seul grand inconvénient est le bruit. La chambre donnait sur la rue avec un feu de circulation et l’isolation phonique est des plus faible, la nuit fut donc très courte !!! Malgré cela la localisation de l’Hôtel est très bien et tous les quartiers sont très vite accessibles.

A base to explore old town

The receptionist Maria was very helpful and friendly, which made a big difference. The location was fantastic. There is only so much to expect of this characterful grand historic building at this very low price though. I realised closer to my travel date that I had booked a place with a shared bathroom, had to pay a supplement for a private bathroom key. There is also a charge for checking in after hours. Clean and conveniently located, saved by the most friendly and helpful Maria.

Ottima la posizione. Onestamente non mi sento di recriminare molto visto il prezzo pagato decisamente conveniente. Ad ogni modo solo per dare una immagine reale di cosa ci si può attendere mi limito a riportare quanto di negativo ho riscontrato. La camera assegnata disponeva di letto matrimoniale formato da due letti singoli uniti insieme con conseguente disagio dell'inevitabile formazione della linea di separazione. La stanza purtroppo non dispone di serramenti tali da limitare il disturbo del traffico stradale o del vociare delle persone per cui molto rumore sino a tarda notte. Dopo la prima notte non è stato rifatto il letto e non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani (4) ma veramente piccoli non idonei per asciugarsi dopo la doccia. Bagni in comune. Purtroppo alcune gravi pecche come l'acqua per la doccia eccessivamente calda o decisamente fredda. Lo sciacquone del vater non permette la normale pulizia dello stesso. Questo per 4 dei 5 bagni disponibili. Di positivo c'è da dire che la posizione della struttura è veramente in punto strategico. L'accoglienza della reception è stata ottima grazie alla gentilezza cortesia e disponibilità trovata. Conclusione. Pagati 60 euro due notti. Praticamente poco più che niente. Cosa pretendere?

ロケーション良し安いのに快適！ good location and comfortable

入り口は分かりにくいがセントラル駅からも近く、大聖堂や噴水から歩いて数分！レストランもたくさんある。受付の二人がとても愛想が良く親切。英語も分かりやすい。天井がとても高く広い部屋。ベッドはクイーンサイズとシングルサイズがあり3人で泊まれる部屋だった。窓からの景色も素敵。バスルームは共用だが三箇所あって、使いたい時に使える。清潔。安いのに満足でした！！ The entrance is not easy to find, but the location is very nice!! We can walk from the central station, a few minites from the cathedral and the fountain. There are many restarurants around there. The receptionists are really kind and gentle, their English is easy to understand for me. A high ceiling room, there is a queen size bed and a single bed. The view from the window is nice. There are 3 common use bathrooms, I could use them whenever I want. The room is really cheap but really confortable. I’m really satisfied!!

Once again, Hotels.com had to bail me out of an error I made when I first got to Napoli, Italy. I had booked a room in a not so nice area outside Napoli. The care agent got me in to Palazzo Savona at the last minute and I am so glad he found this for me. This is a very cute, clean, comfortable and newly renovated Hotel. The are is perfect, there are nice bars, eateries and grocery stores in the area. They also provided us with breakfast tickets for free breakfast at a bakery next door to the street the Hotel is on. I loved the Owner she gave us her cell number to call or text if we needed anything. The bed was comfortable and it's perfect for a good night rest.

Great location!

The location was great, very central in the Historic District. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided a lot of insight into what to see, do and eat! Due to the central location (traffic and pedestrian), and older building it was incredibly noisy. The wi-fi at the hotel didn't work while we were there.

Property was clean, service was incredible and the location was perfect

Upon arrival the front desk manager had all the information we needed to travel around palermo, she directed us to all the best food and nightlife, we had an amazing time! The residence was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Staff was amazing. Location was perfectly centered around everything we need. All in all it was an incredible time, Thank You!

Nulla da dire sulla posizione in cui si trova, centralissimo ed estremamente comodo; Elogi vanno anche al personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile. La camera confortevole ma nulla di più. Il mio soggiorno è durato solo una notte ma il bagno comune in corridoio (per cui bisogna pagare un extra se lo si desidera privato) l'asciugamano a pagamento e la pass per l'accesso in internet perennemente errata, oltre che essere informazioni poco chiare o omesse nella descrizione delle qualità dell'albergo, ci hanno fatto dubitare della nostra capacità di poter soggiornarvi qualche girono in più. La pulizia dei bagni poteva essere curata decisamente meglio e il balcone in comune con la stanza comune non sono il massimo della sicurezza. In conclusione si è dimostrato un buon posto per chi, di passaggio a Palermo cerca un letto su cui riposare senza troppe pretese.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui x 3 notti , a parte il caos della strada sottostante che e proprio via Roma tutto bene con i tappi per le orecchie risolto il problema . un grazie alla sig, Giovanna per la disponibililta' e gentilezza . sicuramente se scendo a Palermo ci ritorno !!! comodo a tutti i monumenti

Palazzo Savona is a very good location is in night

Great place to go as it's the centre of everything easy acess to everything ,great service from the staff really friendly and full of information To help you get around.only thing that let down the place is that they need to clean the toliets more regularly and also clean it properly as it got little smelly as the toliets are shared with other individuals . And can be a little nosy during the evening due to busy road but other than that it was a great stay amazing service if you need anything they will provide for example iron , it's great place to stay for low cost as it near everything from sight seeing and great food loction , shopimg , buses , bus that also goes to amazing beach, train station . Also air conditioning is available and it's great

good center position

A hotel has a very good center position(on the main street). Rooms are big and comfortable, as well there was a nice kitchen. However, it's center position - is very noisy... Especially during the weekend: people, cars, music... very hard to sleep.

Hotel simple mais bien placé

L'hotel est très bien placé pour les visites et les restaurants. Chambre simple. Attention, pour la chambre indiquée avec salle de bain, la salle de bain est en fait sur le palier (mais seulement pour vous) donc pas très pratique, surtout avec des enfants petits. Et on ne peux arriver ou récupérer ses bagages qu'à certaines heures. Sinon accueil sympathique.

Hotel très bien placé dans le centre de Palerme (bruyant forcément avec la rue principale à côté... Mais ce n'est pas surprenant vu son emplacement). Petit bémol: dommage qu'il faille payer un supplément pour avoir une salle de bain privative.
