Everything was good. Room and breakfast. Got there earier and they charged me to keep my suitcase that didnt sat right with ne to be honest but I paid. Close to cruise port and ok for dining and shopping areas.

Everything was good. A/C was a little noisy and the noise done at the trashcans outside the premises was also disturbing.can hear broken glass. The rest was excellent. Great staff.

Near the city (10 min walk) Nice large room, very clean Breakfast was okay, restaurant is very nice Quite loud at night outside because of traffic, but with closed windows it's okay Can't throw your used toilet paper in the toilet but in a bin next to it, which takes getting used to, but it will be emptied every day

We booked two rooms. When we arrived to the hotel, they couldn’t see our reservation. The lady searched for it and was very suprised to not see our reservation. After some research they said that the water tube of one room is broken so they put my daughter to another hotel near Leone for 3 nights and then provided a room for her at Leone. My daughter’s new hotels room was older and did not have a sea view as we booked at Leone. Also she had to move in the middle of our holidays. Apart from this, our room at Leone was very clean. We thank the staff very much, they were very friendly. The street is very noisy, keep that in mind if you get disturbed easily. The hotel doesnt have parking place, we managed to find places to park our car near hotel

Excellent location, city highlights in walking distance. Excellent restaurant just at the entrance of building, which applies discount for customers. We were extremely satisfied with lunch and dinner performance but breakfast was poor. Friendly staff, especially Martina. Rooms at first and fifth floor, try to have from first floor because there is an elevator problem!

Une entrée peu engageante ainsi que le palier… Appartement divisé en six chambres, la notre ignoble, pas de place pour ouvrir nos valises donc au sol mais plus possible de circuler… pas de chaise pas de table et pas de table de nuit. Entre le lit et le placard 30 cm environ et sur le balcon une énorme machinerie infernale. Même le lit a été fait avec un drap à l’envers Voir photos…

Chambre confortable et bien située. Néanmoins plusieurs points négatifs : - Risque de chute d'enfants de la fenêtre de la chambre qui n'est pas en sécurité. - Personnel ne parlant aucune autre langue à part l'italien gros problème de communication. - check in dans le restaurant à côté et aucune indication. Nous avons cherché pendant 30min. - Petit déjeuner catastrophique, café et croissant au resto en bas et si vous êtes des lèves tard il n y aura plus de croissant. Beaucoup de trucs à améliorer
