落ち着いたホテルです

ホテルの名前が「トニックホテル」だったので、探すときに苦労しました。また外側にhotiday roomと表示されているので、その点も注意が必要です。 ホテル自体はスタッフの対応もよく、エレベーターが壊れていたのですがスタッフがスーツケースを持って上り下りしてくれました。冷房等も問題なく、歩いてマッシモ劇場にアクセスでき、治安が良いと感じました。

Das Hotel hat uns mit seiner Lage überzeugt: Es liegt mitten in der Stadt, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und einer Bushaltestelle. Auch das Personal war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings gab es einige Mängel im Zimmer: Die Toilette hatte keine Tür, aus dem Abfluss kam ab und zu ein unangenehmer Geruch, und bei unserer Ankunft lagen Haare auf dem Boden im Bad sowie im Zimmer. Sogar auf dem Bett fanden wir Haare. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr frisch, aber zufriedenstellend.
