everything was very comfortable about the room, and it is located in a great historic part of Palermo. every night for dinner there were tons of restaurants within a short walking distance to choose from with street dining for an incredible experience. the power went out one night and rendered the kitchen area unusable the next morning, but we were given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby café which was very generous. would book again if we were to stay in Palermo next time. the parking situation is a bit stressful - recommend parking on Foro Umberto I and walking up the main streets to Via Bottai, as opposed to dragging your luggage through the cobblestone back streets.

Great location, comfy bed and some great recommendations for restaurants. However the room is located near the entrance to the hotel so it’s noisy from 7:30am. As the hotel doesn’t haven’t staff present during the night, there was also a guest who was speaking loudly in he phone in the corridor between 2:00-4:00am. We also didn’t have hot water at some points during our stay.

We can't say enough about this B&B. It was fantastic! We weren't sure exactly what to expect, but this boutique-style B&B has everything we needed and is in a fantastic location. Right around that corner there are so many great restaurants and shops. My family really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again and again.

We came off the ferry at 5 am, and we were thankfully allowed to check Into a vacant room as soon as the reception was open (8:30 am) in order to take a nap before exploring the town. Giada was lovely and helpful with a booking error as well. It's a really cool, stylish little hotel in a very walkable area near the old port. We have a room on the back of the building without much of a view, but a cute little patio and it's dead quiet, which is perfect. The bathroom is nice and renovated. Trying out the breakfas tomorrow, so I can't comment on that. But we'd definitely stay here again. Grazie Mille!

Our initial room was very basic and very smelly. The bathroom smelt awful. However, we were moved to a much better room and we were grateful for that. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very poor. The second morning, our last one, we were sent to Bar Luca for breakfast. We were told by the hotel that we could have whatever we wanted there - but when we got there, we were only allowed a small pastry, coffee and sweet croissant. The stay was ok but we wouldn’t go again to this property

Centraal gelegen historisch gebouw met comfortabele kamers. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw/gastheer. Klein maar lekker ontbijt met verse koffie. Alles karaktervol ingericht. Niettegenstaande de levendige buurt is het er rustig en stil. Absolute aanrader.

The property had a style befitting the coastal area of Palermo, was very comfortable and accomodating, and had friendly staff. Being so close to a walking friendly area and the coast made it easy tl explore and enjoy our time there to the fullest.
