hotel could improve the room

The curtain was an old piece of cloth. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. The shower had white water stains on the tile. The TV did not work. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Coffee was available mid morning in the lobby.

Hotel céntrico y limpio. Personal muy receptivo, que te ayuda en todas tus solicitudes. El hotel está cerca de los combis que van a las ruinas y en la zona de restaurantes y zona de copas.

パレンケ観光にて利用

パレンケ遺跡、アグアアスール観光の際に利用。 駐車場もついて立地的には問題なし。 チェックインではフレンドリーなスタッフに迎えてもらい、部屋の不明な点もすぐ解決してくれた。 部屋も清潔で夜も騒がしくなく、快適に過ごせた。

Está en la mejor zona de Palenque. En mi caso no es recomendable si estás con adultos mayores ya que hay mucho ruido en la noche. Si eres joven y te gusta la fiesta es una excelente opción

El hotel para empezar no respetó el tipo de habitación que reserve por medio de esta aplicación, durante mi estancia no tuve acceso a red wifi según por una falla que nunca se solucionó durante mi estancia , el aire acondicionado al segundo día ya no prendió y los suministros que ofrecen como papel de baño solo te dan uno para toda tu estancia independiente del número de personas que reservaste la habitación, la verdad fatal .

El hotel es sencillo, el personal es amable y servicial, y el lugar donde está se encuentra cerca de una zona de restaurantes muy bonita; si duermes de lado del estacionamiento, es probable que tengas una mejor estancia. Nosotros que dormimos de lado de la calle, no lo recomendamos pues debido a los restaurantes y flujo constante de personas y vehículos, hay mucho ruido, lo que mermó nuestro.
