「Very Poor Service.lots of improvement needed in service aspect.Front desk staff needs more training.Please keep hallway lights on.Do not save energy bill at the cost of comfort.It is dark .I mentioned it to your staff and a manager both.still it wasn't taken care of.when guest asks you to tidy up the room, please replenish toiletries etc.TV remotes.don't work.Do Pest control please.. Lizard came to room in the middle of the night... Also ,keep notepad and pen for guest Don't just keep minibar...

「I just escorted my young daughter, who had to appear in an Exam. at NID, Ahmedabad.The booking was from sixth of March to ninth noon of March, 2026. The stay for the first two days were uneventful and o.k. with us. On the day of our departure, i.e. on ninth of March, we had a scheduled Flight booked, starting onwards journey at 7-15 PM. Accordingly we did approach the Hotel Manager and requested him whether we can leave our luggage at the lounge, as we would leave the hotel after taking lunch...

「The Mani Mansions is a lovely hotel with a sedate yet elegant atmosphere harking back to a bygone age. The rooms are well appointed with traditional hardwood furnishings and tiled floors. Helpful staff made our stay comfortable. The vegetarian food menu with a focus on millet makes a refreshing change, though in other ways the variety on offer is super. We did not have breakfast as we had a predawn checkout for an early flight. 」

「They should check room properly if everything is in order and working before new guest arrives! Hot water tap was broken and I had to ask for towel, toilet tissues and soap, etc. tv box had to change too!」

「The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. 」
