「We had a great stay at the Dimora Coppelle Hotel in Rome. The hotel itself is quite new. The interior design of the room was spectacular, sort of a Boheme and Art Deco style, with high ceilings and Italian stone floors. There is also a rooftop terrace with a great surround view of the neighborhood. We were told that at a later point they will likely build a bar to serve the terrace during summertime. Speaking of bar service: during our stay there was no bar or breakfast room but the hotel staff...

「Location is right on Piazza Pasquino am is the absolute best in Rome being central to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Forum, Colosseum and a short walk to the Pantheon. Restaurants steps from the door with a vibrant night life… Marlon was an our attendant and was informed, friendly and absolutely supportive of every request, need, and assistance. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend for friends looking for all the above on a budget experience… 」

But the room was clean and comfortable; the location -- just 2 minutes from Piazza Navona -- terrific; and the staff as friendly and helpful as an be. The desk is open only until six, but agreed to wait for our late arrival -- and waited several extra hours because of our travel delays. They were also very helpful with reservations and tickets.」

「Il personale dell’hotel Smeraldo è stato molto disponibile e gentile. In particolare Pierpaolo, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli su zone da visitare al di fuori delle principali aree turistiche, e Giorgio, che ci ha aiutato a chiamare l’ambulanza quando mio marito ha avuto un improvviso attacco di calcoli biliari.
