「I must say that the place is well-hidden and it was hard to find, which caused some frustration, especially with my daughter and mother out in the cold, I think you could make it easier for guests to check-in. 「前台的热情接待，将因火车司机罢工延误抵达的郁闷心情改善了许多。位置也很好，出行方便，出大门便是城市纪念雕塑公园，走不到10分钟便是连接通往多处景点的主干道，餐厅酒吧颇多，商业一应俱全。夜晚人声鼎沸热闹非凡，白天各式商店丰富多彩，逛累了可以很快很方便回到酒店。不足之处是酒店周围在修缮，景致和走路均稍有影响，但这应该是暂时的，酒店本身应该是很好的，还可以爬到楼顶上观景，能看见标志性建筑国家电影博物馆的塔尖，楼顶还有酒店自种的有机蔬菜植物园。」

「The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」
