「Le personnel est très dévoué, attentif et très agréable. Étant situé à proximité du port pour les croisières nul besoin de prendre un taxi on roule les valises en moins de 15 minutes sur le trottoir pour atteindre le terminal. Excellent les petits déjeuners, bonne variété et surtout excellent service. Je recommande cet établissement fortement, c’est un décor moderne, c’est calme, c’est propre et près des attraits touristiques de Messine ❤️」

When the tram is running its easy to get to downtown at moment buses do the journey from nearby square, easy wak.Mainland Ferry terminal is very close by, cautioun though if you have a big luggage take a taxi the 60 steps up to the road are a good climb.」

「We were checking out early. Didn’t get to have the breakfast. Everything looked cool once inside. Good area to find restaurant. Be aware - mosquitos do get into the rooms. Plan accordingly if you are someone who gets bit. Ceilings were gorgeous! Staff polite and helped with taxi.」

「位置優越，步行5分鐘到火車站，入口對面有間KFC , 步行6分鐘亦有大型超市，餐廳。 著名景點也在10 多20 分鐘左右步行距離範圍內 房間很大，有雪櫃，夾萬，浴室也很大，乾淨情度很好，用密碼鎖很好，不用拎匙。細心送了小糕點及水，很好。 唯一缺點是沒有電梯。其他都很好，我會推介給他人。」

「Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Leider hat bei uns der Abfluss der Dusche sehr schlecht gerochen was der Aufenthalt nicht angenehm machte. Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft gut eingerichtet und gemütlich.」

「After traveling all day USA to Sicily we get to the beautiful location I chose. No one answered. I was having issues with my WiFi. My husband was finally able to speak to the owner which stated that she as having issues with this property and she would put us up at her other property up the street. It was a beautiful boutique hotel near a fountain. The room was beautiful but still being renovated. It suited our need for the night. The breakfast could have been much better. 「The property is good with its location, yet the aircon didnt work at all. We tried informing the front desk agent that no action was taken. Overall, it was ok stay for us」

「We were not able to stay here. The host was unavailable and actually hung up on me. I would not recommend this to any one. We ended up get a different to stay after checking 4 other place. Last at night and very stressful after a long day of driving. I would like to request that I be refunded for the total amount I paid」

「Palazzo Bibbi is wonderful! A boutique hotel with superb new rooms, good breakfast and wonderful staff. The Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi is not too far away - a kilometre-long pedestrian thoroughfare with lovely shops, restaurants and bars to while away the night. The plus for me was the nearby station - not necessarily the loveliest, but a god-send when I had to make a quick get away in the morning. Palazzo Bibbi is a rare gem of luxury - to which I will return in the coming years.」
