Great hotel in best location

The hotel was great - comfortable beds, great shower, breakfast was amazing, staff was very helpful. The hotel restaurant was very good. The location is wonderful - next to a park and away from loud bars, but just a few minutes walk to everything. Would definitely stay again!

It's a great, relaxing hotel situated close to the natural beauties of the local seaside vegetation, next to a park and a short distance away from the beach. The accommodation is particularly quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The check in staff and restaurant staff were excellent. House cleaning for the room checked one day regarding cleaning. We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was cramped

An island of customer service in Palanga/Klaipeda.

Excellent customer service, in a country not known for it. The room was very comfortable, with temperature regulated in the room. Attentive staff and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Diamond in a dump.

Lithuania will never be known as a friendly country, but the service here was excellent. The hotel is in a quite part of the city by the castle. Lithuanians are not a friendly people, far from it, but the staff was gracious and always greeted me when I would enter or leave. It truly make my stay in Lithuania, which was really unbearable, much better. Thank you!

Ich war einige Tage im „Palangos Vėtra“ und das Hotel eignet sich sehr gut für einen ruhigen Erholungsaufenthalt. Die Lage ist einer der größten Vorteile: direkt am Birutė-Park und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Gleichzeitig liegt es nicht im Lärm der Basanavičius-Straße – man erreicht alles schnell, hat aber abends wirkliche Ruhe. Das Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und funktional eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist nicht hypermodern, aber durchdacht und komfortabel. Besonders positiv: sehr angenehme Betten und gute Schalldämmung – man hört weder Flur noch Nachbarzimmer, wodurch der Schlaf tatsächlich erholsam ist. Das Personal arbeitet professionell und unaufgeregt. Check-in und Check-out liefen schnell, Fragen wurden sachlich beantwortet, ohne aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. Man fühlt sich korrekt betreut, ohne dass es künstlich wirkt. Ein klarer Pluspunkt ist der SPA-Bereich. Das Schwimmbad ist nicht groß, aber ausreichend zum Entspannen, die Saunen sind sauber und gepflegt. Vor allem morgens ist es angenehm ruhig – ideal vor dem Frühstück. Auch die Massageangebote sind gut organisiert und preislich angemessen. Das Frühstück war besser als erwartet: warme Speisen, frisches Gemüse, Obst, Backwaren und ordentlicher Kaffee, alles wurde regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Die Atmosphäre blieb ruhig, kein Kantinengefühl. Insgesamt kein Luxusresort, sondern ein seriös geführtes, ruhiges Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für Abschalten, Spaziergänge am Meer und entspanntes SP

Fin hotell, med noen små feil

Fin hotell, god beliggenheten. Veldig hyggelig personal både i restauranter og resepsjonen. Utrolig deilig seng på rommet og utvalg av puter. God frokost å starte dagen med. Vi hadde rommet vårt på fjerde etasje uten AC, set var alt for varmt på rommet, selv om det var ganske kjølig ute. I tillegg luktet det avløp på badet så mye, at man kunne ikke gå inn. Siste dag av oppholdet skjedde det noe i SPA. Alle dager brukte vi spa anlegget helt fra morgen av, men siste dag luktet det klor så mye at det svidde i øynene og i halsen. Siste dag var det helt umulige å oppholde seg i SPA.

Отель неплохой, но, как говорят, уставший, как, впрочем, и вся Паланга. Бронировали номер на троих взрослых с собакой. Оплатили стандарт с одной двуспальной кроватью и диваном. При заселении нам объявили, что в стандарте за третьего человека ( сын 18 лет) надо доплачивать. После моего крайнего удивления взяли деньги только за собаку. Осадочек остался... Туалет в номере - выгороженное стекляной перегородкой и дверью с щелями с обеих сторон в сантиметр помещение. Сам санузнл хороший, хоть и раковина в трещинах, но эти щели - неприятный момент, сидишь на унитазе, а проходящие мимо родственники делают вид, что тебя не видно. Неприятно. Спа - это купель (а не бассейн!), две сауны и джакузи. Горячая вода в душе льется, если выключить джакузи, в сауне помещается 3-4 чел. Завтраки однообразные, но есть выбор. В целом 3 звезды, до четверки очень далеко!
