The hotel is stunning and the staff were amazing! Everyone was always saying hi and smiling and trying to help. It seems like the hotel was recently renovated and now it is spotless and very well appointed. The cleaning staff did an amazing job.We stayed for 4 days and used it as a jumping off point to go on a jeep tour of waterfalls and amystic mountain cofffee farm. 100% would stay again.

The staff are very nice but the way the hotel is managed is a joke. The owner had a party for himself at the hotel. The hotel has 2 restaurants and 1 bistro. The owner's party was held in one restaurant. But .. they closed all the restaurants to guests. There was no food or drink available. All guests had to fend for themselves. The owner showed exactly what he thought of the guests. We were appalled. Again, staff were great. They were embarrassed when I confirmed I couldnt get a drink or anything to eat Do not stay here.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, well positioned, breakfast included, very well priced. Cons: Incompetent staff (they speak very little English, do not follow instructions), room was teeming with mosquitoes and they didn't seem to mind, to them it was normal, no fly spray. Unstable Electricity, shower in the bathroom flooded the bathroom floor, we had to mop up the water with towels, which in turn the cleaning staff wanted us to pay for. No teabags in room. So in summary, with some decent staff training, a shower screen on the bath, and some fly spray they could turn this hotel into a wonderful, and truly memorable stay.

Staff great service great but the way the hotel is managed is a joke. They shut down all restaurants and bars so the owner could throw themselves a party. Guests were left to fend for themselves.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits, dans ce charmant hôtel. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre avec une bonne literie. Nous avions une baignoire mais il n'y avait pas le bouchon donc ça sert à rien ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux surtout côté plats asiatiques. Le personnel est charmant mais ne parle pas anglais donc pour organiser ou toute demande c'est compliqué merci google traduction, qui a ses limites aussi. C'est un très bon hôtel.
