The property’s amenities were not functioning and the staff were extremely unwelcoming and difficult to deal with. What made it worse was the lack of basic essentials, room towels weren’t even provided until hours later. It’s frustrating that a hotel with this level of service is listed on Expedia. I definitely won’t be returning."
