「Property location is good. During my 4 days stay - they never cleaned my room even after repeated requests. No receipt was given after bills were paid.」

「Stayed for 2 nights had booked 4 rooms checking was 12.30pm 3rooms was not available till 2pm 4th one wasn't available had to book elsewhere 1 room. Staff was rude and aragnt breakfast supposed to be included charged us. Booked double and single beds in each rooms was given 1 double bed in room. Electrics was giving shock when touched cleaning wasn't done. Double bed and a mattress was given to put on floor and sleep refused refund even it's hotels faults. Over booking. Charging £15 to use...
