「A beautiful hotel in the middle of the old citadel. Fabulous renovation that has retained original features like the well that sits in the centre of the restaurant. Breakfasts are delicious with the chance to sample local food, as well as fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Location is brilliant, within the mud brick walls of the ichon-qala. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Reception are friendly and super helpful.」

「オフシーズンで観光客自体が少ないせいか、ホテルの周りも人通りが少なかったです。施設の古さは否めませんが、スタッフのサービスが良くて満足です。ヒヴァ駅からは近いですが、旧市街(イチャンカラ)からは徒歩で十数分かかり、少し遠く感じました。」
