「Good service and location 」

「The staff at Khan’s Palace helped me very last minute when another hotel messed up my reservation. The room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic, and it is well located to explore old Khiva on foot. 」

「Everything was amazing. Perfect service: very helpful staff. Breakfast very good buffet style. Only bathroom door are clearly visible through the glass window in it so very uncomfortable when you travel with friends. I need to say that everything was perfect but I just would never book it again because of that bathroom doors.」

「This hotel steps away from Ichan Kala was a really good choice for us. Facilities were new and comfy, staff wasn't always attentive and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.」

「We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! 」
