Good amenities in room and relatively large hotel

This is a relatively large hotel located next to the Khaoyai Convention Centre. The main cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is more a family hotel with water slides and pools designed more for children. The shower head angle cannot be adjusted but the water pressure is good. The usual amenities are provided for including tooth brush/tooth paste, lotion and shower gel / shampoo. The hotel is showing signs of age and probably needs a renovation in the near future.

The staff did not inform us beforehand that we have to change our room on our second night. Only until we approached the counter regarding another matter then they told us we have to pack our stuff as we have to change our rooms later on. The water boiler was also not clean. No matter how many times we tried to wash it and reboiling the water, there is always some white residues floating on the boiled water. Even after we requested for a new boiler, it is still the same. And it applies to all the water boilers in all 4 of our rooms.

The room was laminated floor damage. The rest room very bad smell. The temperature of the water was not stable. The pressure of the shower very low. The restaurant was dirty and smell. The swiming pool was good.

I will not go back !!!!! Not worth my money.

First, this place should be 2 star, not 4 star. Run down place. I booked 2 executive rooms. They put me on 2nd floor, no view like the picture, nothing to see other than the bush. Rooms getting old. Second, wifi only works in the lobby area, no wifi in the room, what on earth !!! Third, if you come for the water Park nearby, you have to pay for the entrance, about the same price as Cartoon network in Pattaya, it's not part of the hotel. Only score I will give from this trip is the service, they always smile.

Nice water park great if you have kids with you . Restaurant was nice and the food was good. A mixture of international and Thai. Lots to see around there and it a good location. Spa was nice and easy place to relax

This is a nice property located within easy driving distance to Khao Yai National Park. The grounds are extensive and beautiful although the hotel itself could use some updates. The staff was pleasant, the main pool was great. Breakfast was very nice and a large spread.

Good and will stay again

Two kids pools and one adult pool. Very conducive environment. Check in and check out was efficient and the staff demonstrated great service and reminded us to take our things. Even though there was some distance from hotel to main road, there was personal transfer. Near market, convenience store, eating places and massage.

Run down Resort unfortunately. The kids swimming pool is fun, but the surface of the floor in the pool is very rough and all of my 5 kids have bruises and cuts on their feet. Breakfast is below standard for a resort of this size. No cheese, cold cuts, Croissant or any kind of bread. Just dry sandwich bread. Staff were friendly tho and the beds are comfortable.

Nice place pretty view from the lobby. Girlfriend and I had massages together. I had the tradition Thai and was too rough for me it popped a rib that is still healing. Room was nice would go again. They don't have a fitness room though which is the only thing I wish they did.

Overall good family stay but starting to rundown

Lighting are very dimmed in the room. The room in general is clean and comfortable to stay but rundown in condition. Faced some issues with the house keeping service in which causes some commotion with my family. The kettle provided is not clean. You can see whitish residue floating in the boiled water. The room expectation is not in line with photo shown in Hotels.com apps. Different room apparently. However, staffs are friendly and helpful. No room wifi service provided. Need to go to lobby for some internet access.

Pro: we had a rental car, everything makes it easier. Location is good just that is has a deep driveway from the main road. But with car, it's not a problem. Tesco/massage/petrol/food, it's all the entrance. We check in at 9pm, the entrance of the driveway is bright n easy to see. There's a huge kids pool with slides! Looks super fun! Staffs are all friendly n helpful. Speaks English very well! They got my request to hv room near lift n mountain view. I think all rooms can see mountains. Haha. Aircon is strong! Appreciate it! Cons: Room is dated but it's huge, Bed very bad, can feel every spring, bathroom is minimum, shower handler is rusty, flush is weak, with shower curtain but a lot water still gets out. TV reception is really bad! Luckily we prepare movies.. Breakfast is exactly the same for 5days! Wish they change it abit. For the price, more pros than cons! Highly recommended to all, couples n familys. 👍

We rented 4 rooms, 1 room had toilet issue (Water cannot flush properly) and another got badly flooded (Whole toilet floor was flooded). Ask them to come repair but it only lasted for a while, and next morning the whole toilet was flooded again. Room lightning was dim and corridor light was not working (the lights outside our rooms were all out), it looks like a resort from a horror movie or something at night, kinda scary.The kids pool was closed for maintenance and it looks old and very dirty (water has tons of stones, dirt, etc). Definitely not returning here anymore, plenty of other options out there.
