"Breakfast was delicious. Their strawberry waffles were my favorite! Our room, the pool, and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly, inviting, and helpful. Check in was fast and simple. No hidden fees and free parking. They even accommodated my dog."

"It’s. Beautiful hotel but it’s definitely not maintained to the standard that most of the Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at are. But it’s mostly small things. A few cracked tiles, bathroom door that needs to be really pushed to lock, sticking buttons on the AC and things that are unplugged. But overall it’s a great place to stay and for the price, you really can’t beat it. They also have one of the best included breakfasts of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Definitely staying here again the next time we’re in town."

"We originally booked hotels, indigo in Cleveland downtown. When we arrived, they rudely told us we were at the wrong hotel and sent us 20 miles to what they said was the correct hotel. We were told that sometimes hotels.com will book the next closest hotel of the same franchise if they are sold out, I don’t know if this is true or not, but it was not convenient for us. Ultimately the hotel we stayed at was very charming, and the staff was very friendly."
