The staff are very friendly, always smiling and are polite. They are also very attentive, and remember your likes. On the third day of our stay, one of them brought a cup of americano without my husband asking. The place is beautiful. I enjoyed the serenity of the place and the vastness of the compound. Almost every area is an instagrammable area. At the time of this post, the resort is renovating certain areas. I believe the room I stayed in is one of the renovated ones. The bathroom and outdoor bathtub were spacious and new. My son enjoyed the use of the bathtub everyday. There’s washing machines and dryers on-site for doing your laundry (for a fee). Gym has 2 treadmills and a weights section. There is a shuttle bus (song teow) that goes to town. I stayed during the off-peak period so it is ready to go whenever we were!

Unbelievable staff blessing your presence w gracious welcoming smiles every time we passed each. Shuttle service and breakfasts stellar and great location near every place you’ll want to be going. Only drawbacks are nothing but hard ergonomically incorrect chairs, no where to sit or meditate except for a hammock which was great. Showers weren’t that hot and body language wash and shampoo, couldn’t tell which one was which, had to take the squirted off, but that was it. You’ll be happy you booked at OIA Pai

This is a really great hotel. Clean bedrooms and amenities, delicious cuisine, beautiful scenery, and a swimming pool you can always plunge into. Very kind and friendly staffs are always ready to help your needs by the side. I originally planned to stay for two days, but extended it for another day. Strongly recommended.

Stayed at a different property that was ok. This property had a shuttle which was really nice for that area. There is no Grab service in Pai and taxi service is expensive. Rooms were decent and breakfast was really nice. Much closer to walking street then slot of other properties in area.

值得再来度假的酒店！

酒店位于拜县郊区，但离得很近，环境设计都很不错，阳台的水湾和皮划艇划船美丽、浪漫、有趣，让孩子超级喜欢。酒店的服务人员非常友好和热情，餐厅虽小但菜品却很出色，尤其是早餐。总之，是一个值得再来的酒店！

It was more likely to be low season. Few visitors made the atmoshere quiet and more lovely. The reception area is impressive. The breakfast was good. Lovely hotel and we have a great stay.

So far so good

No hot water for shower. We tell the hotel staff, they try to ask technician to help but still can't fix the problem. The hotel facility is old. The breakfast buffet is nice and the view is beautiful.

The place is beautiful. It's a scenic private village with its own river/pool, fields, and sheep! The room was awesome- spacious and lovely. Shower was strong with both overhead and hand-held streams working in parallel. NICE. Breakfast was big and good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is just outside the main town so its both quiet and close enough to everything. Free hourly shuttle service. We had a great time. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Pai!

很舒适的酒店，大堂很气派，到了aya station正在晕头转向的我，他们一个电话就来接我们了，速度特别快，到了过后，行李一直都有人帮忙提，因为时间稍微早，还暂时不能入住，我们先去吃了午饭，然后他们是提供免费到县城的接送，非常方便，特别要提一下的是OIA的工作人员都非常好，真的让我们有在家的感觉，房间很大，很舒适，还有书桌和沙发，洗手间特别干净，还有一个很大的阳台，出门就能看到人工湖，整个酒店就像一个大农场，非常舒适，还有羊。生态保护的也特别好，然后第二天的早餐我们真的是撑到不能再撑，选的美式，吃的爽翻了，很遗憾只定了一天，在拜县的行程有点赶了，下次有机会过来我一定要多住几天。满分好评，是我这次清迈最满意的酒店了。

Relaxing stay, great staff!

We went here over the weekend, just to relax and have a good time in Pai. Great resort, the staff was excellent on on top of everything. Very good breakfast. They have free shuttle to the city, which is very convenient if going to restaurants and the walking street. Wifi was fast and stable.
