Chester (front desk clerk) was cordial, efficient, and helpful regarding things to see and do in the area. Hot tub was filthy. Exercise room had two pieces of cardio equipment. Pool was not at all inviting. Continental breakfast was very minimal.

Quiet good value at a popular tourist spot

We had a quiet comfortable 2-night stay in a spacious room with all the needed amenities. This is an older property but the location was great, a little out of the bustle of downtown, but convenient to groceries, restaurants, and a block from a great coffee shop. Everyone was helpful. A good value for this area.

We had a special request when we booked. They called and accommodated as well as they could. They were as nice and helpful as they could have been.

Quiet place and close to restaurants short distance to tourists attractions. Free breakfast very standard but plenty of choices out there.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. Their breakfast was minimal but there was a great diner about 300 feet away that you could walk to (Colorado cafe) for breakfast.

The man was very aggressive towards me from the beginning. He would not give me a receipt and was very rude. The room was dirty, very very dirty! Had spit in sink with what lloked like dip in it with hair. The first bed had a bad pee stain or really dirty sheets. Man that checked us in was rude when explaining this to him. Had to have my husband step in because the way the man was talking to me was unacceptable. He didn't talk that way to my husband. Makes me think he was sexist and potentially racist. Will never stay there ever again.

Our go-to

We stay here often when ski Wolf Creek. The owners take good care of their property. It is a little dated, but clean and friendly. Usually a great breakfast before the slopes, but not during the pandemic.
