「對面是醫院，公車站牌超近，隔一個街口就有超市，生活機能很方便。前台非常熱心，不會使用提供的開罐器，直接幫忙開好；提早半小時入住和上午6點多退房，也都即時處理，很好的住宿體驗。」

「員工的服務真的超棒，每次問問題都非常客氣不管是戴眼鏡的兩位櫃台 (我只記得一位叫Tresha) 還是早班一位沒戴眼鏡比較高的櫃台，大家都很客氣. 整潔度也沒話說 雖然這裡離我上班的地方有點遠，但我會為了這個品質選擇Sojourn」

「The room, while a little dated, was very clean and comfortable. It had the amenities we were looking for and was within walking distance of the cable car, Te Papa, Cuba street and the Oriental bay areas. In addition, our arrival was delayed until about 10 pm, 2 hours past the time the reception desk is staffed. Within minutes of me informing them by phone that we would be late they sent me the information for late check-in which was a very easy process and did not delay us reaching our room.」
