Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war traumhaft. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Leider sah das Zimmer recht alt und abgewohnt aus. Für eine Nacht war es okay.

The property is tired and does need updating, however would we stay again - absolutely yes, the quiet position, the views of the bay, the good food and most importantly the family and staff who will do their upmost for you and are so welcoming and lovely. We will definitely be back next year!

A litle cul-de-sac with fields beyond The field below a lovely sloping camping field. The beach a short walk below So lovely and quiet, yet just over a mile from heaving Padstow

It was filthy dirty and unhygienic, in our room was broken furniture, human poo left in the toilet, shower had not been cleaned for a very long time. En suite door had the handle hanging off. Basin drain plug would not work or seal so would not hold water. in the reception area was a picnic bag full of mouldy food and flies.

The hotel looked like a horders hovel . Having booked a sea view room we were shown to a small back bedroom with a view over the car park. In fairness our room was changed at request , our wardrobe appeared to be a store area for out of date tvs x 4 . We paid £130 for one night stay , room only , and couldn’t wait to check out the following morning.it was very scruffy , dilapidated , depressing serving cloudy beer from the bar.

Good value. Staff/ family are friendly. Great as a stop over if you are walking, beaching, staying over for work and are not looking for an experience stay. Property could do with some rennovation and modernisatio n but perfectly ok.

Room was cold ..no radiator just a small electric fan heater ...location is good ..very good views of the coast ...breakfast was not included in the price either ...building in need of a lick of paint but otherwise enjoyed our stay...friendly staff too .

Lovely family run hotel with fantastic views across trevone bay. Plenty of parking, lovely garden area. We stayed in a basic double room, very clean and a comfy bed, perfect for our needs for the night. Thank you team well Parc for a the fantastic fireworks display, probably the best one we have seen in many years.

Run down room

I walked in and was greeted by a lady that walked right up to me (literally right up) and asked what i wanted. After saying i had a booking she replied to someone else saying ‘thats interesting’ and walked off. I was then asked if booked on that day which i hadnt. I had booked in advanced. I was then given a room which was clearly the most run down room judging by the images online. Curtain hanging which means i couldnt pull them closed so i had to repair them myself! Shower in the bedroom with a carpet? Not en-suite. Kettle needed to be plugged in… somewhere… Dingy toilet room with enough space for a cat, if your lucky. Milk carton ls handed to you in a bowl… strange. No one around in the morning to drop key off.

Das Hotel wird komplett heruntergewirtschaftet (Fenster schliesst nicht dicht, Flecken an den Wänden) und die Zimmer wurden offensichtlich nicht richtig gereinigt (Kekskrümmel auf der Fensterbank und Konsole, Boden nicht gesaugt, Fensterbank verschmutzt, angebrochenes Kekspackung im Schrank etc.).
