Staff and amenities were fabulous!! Stayed here for 5 nights on a trip for tourism and it was perfectly situated for the Broadway shows and to get away from the hustle and bustle of being a tourist.

No help when we arrived to unload the car. We had to unload and go to reception leaving th car unattended. We had to ask 3 times throughout the day to receive a water kettle. We only got it in the evening after we came back and called for a 3rd time. Shower pressure was a joke with only a trickle of water. This was our 3rd time stay at this hotel and were disappointed in what is otherwise an excellent hotel
