Room needs upgrading, but it was clean and bed comfortable. Very easy to get around by walking but also very convenient parking behind hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

I did not receive the VIP offers. We’re all the location is really good to go walking in sight. We didn’t like the shower because the way that the screen is placed create a lot of spill into the shower. Breakfast was excellent.

It hard to understand the rating that had been assigned to this hotel. Whilst the staff were charming, the room was filthy and in bad repair. I’m not sure I have ever slept in such an uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was basic and whilst the coffee was good, the quality of the rest was lacking. The massages was however very good.

Nice staff and very clean. The door handles are sharp and I ended scratching my wrist twice. Asked for a spare pillow and was told “no sorry, no spare pillow as we’re fully booked” which made me laugh. Lovely staff at reception, very friendly.

Hôtel très bien situé à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du centre de Padova et avec le parking gratuit sur place. Nous y avons passé une nuit très chaude pendant laquelle la clim était bien trop limitée pour se reposer confortablement. Hors conditions extrêmes comme celle-ci je pense que c'est un excellent hôtel

Hôtel situé à une quinzaine de minutes du centre historique. Les chambres sont bien aménagée et propres mais n'offrent qu'un seul oreiller bien mince. Petit déjeuner correct. Le rapport qualité prix me semble un peu excessif au vue de la qualité de service, des prestations et équipements offerts en chambre et de la situation.
