"My stay at the Rui Plaza Panama was excellent. My only issue I had there which was resolved on the third day was no Internet access to the television. I do not speak Spanish and for three days I was not able to watch the television only Spanish programs, English was only on CNN, which was very boring but on the fourth day, I noticed I got HBO so it made up for it. My husband and I really did enjoy the stay."

"Overall the stay was fine. Rooms are great. Facilities and offerings could be improved- there’s no snack or food counter by the pool - usually pretty standard in all inclusive hotels. Also restaurant reservation system leads to long lines. Something to consider."
