「It was beautiful right next to the beach. Front desk staff were super nice! The only thing I have to complain about is the housekeeping. It was around 9:30AM when the housekeeper knocked and scanned her card without waiting for a response from us. She tried to come in and I screamed “ someone’s still in here” and she left. I didn’t care about it the first time but she came AGAIN in half an hour or so and tried to come in again. It would been a pleasant stay if the housekeeper was well managed...

「We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. 」

「Rooms are of a modern Swiss chalet sort. On property there is a tap house that has nothing but really good beer from California, Oregon, Pennsylvania micro breweries. There are some quality goods for sale in the lobby, including wines by the bottle.」
